Brighton, NY – Friendly Senior Living is very pleased to announce that the organization is raising its minimum wage to $15/hour. This applies to both new and current employees.
“Every day, workers in senior living and health care do the most important work of providing excellent and compassionate care and services for older adults. Whether it is hands-on care or behind the scenes support, they are essential to enhancing the lives of all Friendly Senior Living residents. This hourly wage increase is very well-earned and deserved,” said Glen Cooper, President & CEO. “Further, as industries locally and throughout the country face staffing challenges, we hope that this will be an effective tool in attracting and retaining top-notch employees to join Team Friendly.”
The new minimum wage for Friendly Senior Living employees will be effective September 5, 2021.
