Brighton, N.Y. — Cloverwood Senior Living is expanding its footprint and bringing the future of retirement living to area seniors with the Terraces at Cloverwood. The $64 million, high-end independent living community, located at the corner of Jefferson Road and Clover Street, will offer the largest senior living apartments in the area and is slated to break ground in 2020 on the Cloverwood Senior Living campus in Pittsford, New York. Cloverwood Senior Living and the Terraces at Cloverwood are part of the Friendly Senior Living continuum of caring communities.
The Terraces at Cloverwood will offer 106 spacious one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, all equipped with modern technology, an open-concept design and exclusive amenities, some of which cannot be found in any other senior living community in the region.
“Cloverwood is very pleased to bring the next generation of retirement living to seniors in our community,” Friendly Senior Living CEO Glen Cooper said. “Over the next 10 years, Monroe County households age 75 and up are projected to increase 30%. The Terraces at Cloverwood will meet the needs of this growing population and offer the lifestyle, amenities and services today’s senior living consumers expect and desire.”
The Terraces at Cloverwood, currently in development phase, will offer unparalleled amenities, including a high-end restaurant with a demonstration/teaching kitchen, rooftop terrace with outdoor fireplace, and underground parking garage, as well as access to current Cloverwood amenities, such as an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, movie theater, library, creative arts studio, cocktail lounge and more.
The Terraces at Cloverwood is hosting a series of informational seminars in July for prospective residents and community members to learn more about plans for the community. For more information and to register, visit terracesatcloverwood.org or call 585-789-4600.
