The Lovejoy Transitional Care Center (TCC) is designated for patients requiring a short stay following an illness, accident or injury. Most patients will receive physical and/or occupational therapy, provided in a dedicated, state-of-the-art therapy gym. All of our rooms are private and there is a dining room/lounge for the exclusive use of TCC patients. Well-balanced meals may be enjoyed in the formal dining area or in the comfort of one’s room.

An interdisciplinary approach

Located in a private wing, right off the main lobby within the Friendly Home, the TCC takes an interdisciplinary approach to help patients regain independence and rebuild strengths and capabilities. Personalized combinations of services are designed to focus on individual needs, including:
