Glenmere at Cloverwood is pleased to announce that Erica Schmidt, MHA, has joined the organization in the role of Assisted Living Director.With over ten years of professional healthcare experience, Schmidt is focused on guiding the provision of high quality care and comprehensive services to meet the needs of aging adults. She most recently served as a Neighborhood Administrator at a local nursing home. At Glenmere, Schmidt is responsible for the clinical, financial and quality processes of Glenmere’s Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. “We are very excited to welcome Erica to our leadership team,” said Glen Cooper, President & CEO of Friendly Senior Living. “Her experience and passion for a person-directed approach to senior care are sure to be tremendous assets for Glenmere, our residents and their loved ones.”
A resident of Webster, Schmidt is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition. She holds a Master of Science in Health Administration from Roberts Wesleyan College.
