Recently, team members from across our organization gathered for the 2026 Friendly Home Employee Picnic, an annual event dedicated to recognizing the nurses, certified nursing assistants (CNAs), therapists, dining professionals, environmental services staff, administrators, and support teams who make our mission possible.
The picnic was filled with food, games, laughter, prizes, and opportunities for colleagues to connect outside of their daily responsibilities. More importantly, it served as a reminder of the culture that makes Friendly Home a special place to work and grow a healthcare career.
